Newly renovated condo.

This is a 650 sqft, 1bd/1ba condo that has recently been renovated. This condo sleeps 4 with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.

Only a quick, 3 min walk and you are on the beach!

DISTANCE TO BEACH IS 0.3 miles. Beach entrance is right next to Pompano Joe's.

There is a SMART TV (apps for Netflix, Hulu, etc. ) in each the Living Room and Master Bedroom for your enjoyment. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook a home cooked meal is also available.

Open your front door and you are steps to the uncrowded community pool and grilling area with picnic tables .

There are 2 TV's (bedroom and living room) and WiFi. There is also a microwave, a coffee machine, tea kettle, a toaster, Keurig single use coffee machine and a blender.

**Please note I just replaced the sofas with brand new designer sofas. The beige ones kept getting damaged by guests so I went with something sturdier and easier to clean. We have had great feedback on how comfortable they are! It is still a sleeper sofa. Refer to photos to see what the couch looks like.

Free parking is right outside the unit (SurfSong is not a high-rise) which is very convenient for loading and unloading!

There is also a patio, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee with a Pool View. Guest are welcome to use community pool and grilling area with picnic tables.

Checkin is at 4pm, but check with me first and I can usually get guests checked in a couple hours early dependent on cleaners schedule!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
